Banana Orange Fruity Yogurt Smoothie


The ingredients : Banana, honey, orange yghurt drink and ice cube

A blender

Put in the banana

Pour in orange Yogurt

1 tbsp of honey

Last but not least ice cubes

Ready to blend

Blending in process

Tada!! Delicious Banana Orange Fruity Yogurt Smoothie


Serves two
Calories per serving : 192
Drink two hours before the run

Ingredients :

1 Large banana, peeled sliced frozen
2 Cups Marigold 0% Fat Orange Yoghurt Drink
6 Ice cubes
1 Tbsp Honey

To prepare :

Combine all ingredents and blend until smooth. Divide smoothie between 2 glasses and serve.

  1. I love banana smoothies! One thing I learned over long time making own smoothies, anytime you add bananas its worthwhile to add peanut butter as well! The two just go so extremely well together in smoothies. Plus you're adding extra protein and fiber into your meal. Cheers!
